Inner Relationship

Emergence is a process whereby interactions create something new and different that can not be changed. We have each co-created something in our community that is here to stay. If what we created isnt meeting our needs we need to create something different. We can’t create someing differe deconstructing what is already here. If create something new we have to start from new, we have to start fromNOWTo create something new we want to be sure we can identify the circumsances and the roll each of us played to get here. we each must be in this together which will take honesty, vulnerability, openness, and a willingness to practice deep listening and, loving speech, flexibility and adaptability. The only thing we can predict is that life will surprise us.We must also be willing to take responcibility for our own feelings and the rolls each of us played in this creation. We must be willing to try to refraine from language that disconects. Blame, lables , denyal, or diognosing. And to exercise honesty by calling out any missunderstandings, below the line language, or disruptive behaviovr. This is our practice, can we have fun with it and learn from it.Study and learn every scrip until you have mastered it’s delivery. Impresive and convincing you may be on stage in front of an audience and the flashing lights because that is what you are practicing for.How about your life? When you experience depression, Anger, Fear, Jealousy, Contempt, or resentment. When you have thoughts that you’ve been betrayed, abandoned, blamed, or disrespected. Will you become reactive and ingage in destructve actions or dialogs such as recriminating, blame shifting, denial, or avoidance. Or will you experience presence with your inner world and respond to what is actually happening in the moment with discernment between your thoughts and observations. HOW DO YOU KNOW?Mastering ones self requires much more than memorizing a scrip or philosophe. It requires a willingness to generously give of yourself humbly. It requiers practice being aware of whats going on inside of you in the very moment of reactivity, and exploring your emotions with curiosity and compassion. It’s true it’s easier said than done. Even now as I write this I can feel the truth of it, and I can only try my best to remember to practice what I preach in the face of reactivity. David Caradien played qui chain cane in a TV show called KUNG FU. His character was a skilled, compassionate, and wise Sholin Monk, a teacher of ballance, compassion and harmony. He played the roll so well the world nick nsmed him KUNG FU DADDY!While in the scrip David succeesfully pertrayed a wise sholin munk, In his real life, some might say he was out of control with drugs and other destructive behaviors until the day he was found dead and naked hanging in his closet . Not quite what you’d expect from a sholin preast, Or David Caradien for that matter. While David was an accomplished actor who could memorize scrips and deliver the character with believable skill. He neglected to explor and practice the scrip of his own inner wold. What show will you practice for. The one where every one gets to see you like a skilled actor on the big screen, or the one where you get to engage in life with awareness, presence, love and community? There are no masters in life. Life is a dynamic phenonena. Anything is posible, and nothing can be expected except that what is in the now will retire in the very next moment.I have much more to share later.
